Common questions from pharmacies.
Do I have to switch my pharmacy management system?
No. We connect to ADG, awinta PROKAS, NOVENTI, Lauer-Fischer and most other pharmacy systems.
What happens to my old website and domain?
The domain stays registered in your name. We carry over the content you want to keep and redirect old links so your Google rankings are preserved.
How long until my pharmacy is online?
Usually 14 days, including design, migration of your content, integration and a smooth handover to your team.
What does Mediloon cost?
Basis €199 a month, Profi €299 (instead of €399), Premium €1,299. Plus a one-time €300 setup fee.
Can we start with just a few modules?
Yes. Most pharmacies start with website, app and e-prescription and add more modules later, without a new contract and without a second login.
Is the website accessible under the BFSG?
Since 28 June 2025 the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) also applies to pharmacies that sell online, take pre-orders or book appointments. We build the website and web shop to WCAG 2.1 AA requirements.
How does NFC time tracking work?
An NFC tag hangs behind the counter. Your team holds their own phone to it to clock in and out. Start, end and breaks can be exported for payroll.
Is my customers' data safe?
Yes. Mediloon is GDPR-compliant. All data is stored in Frankfurt and is not transferred to third countries.
