Mediloon is the operating platform for independent German pharmacies. It bundles your website, branded patient app, AI assistant, inventory, prescription routing and delivery service into one system — native to TI, E-Rezept and CardLink.

Yes — natively. Patients submit via the app, NFC card or QR token. Signatures are end-to-end verified through the TI in under 200 ms and land directly in your counter queue.

Mediloon comes in three plans: Basis-Tarif at €199 per month, Profi-Tarif at €299 per month (currently reduced from €399) and Premium-Tarif at €1,299 per month — each plus a one-time €300 setup fee. Every plan includes a custom website, webshop, your own branded pharmacy app and individual branding. Profi adds working-time management, automatic appointment booking and the blog function; Premium adds the full managed marketing package.

Live in 14 days, from design to go-live. Includes content migration, ADG/SOAP/inventory-system integration, on-site training and TI compliance. Your domain, your logo, your team stay yours.

Yes. GDPR-compliant, and all pharmacy and patient data is hosted in Frankfurt on multi-AZ infrastructure. No third-country transfer.

Yes. We maintain bridges to ADG, SOAP, awinta PROKAS, NOVENTI, Lauer-Fischer, KIM-Mail and most German pharmacy management systems. No rip-and-replace — Mediloon sits on top of what you already run.
