Mediloon UG is working to make mediloon.de accessible and usable for as many people as possible. We use the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG), the BFSGV, EN 301 549 and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our reference points.

General description of the service

mediloon.de provides information about the Mediloon digital platform for pharmacies, its features and pricing. Interested visitors can contact us and request a product demonstration.

Conformance status

The website is partially conformant with the referenced requirements. Its primary navigation, information and contact areas can be used with a keyboard and assistive technologies. A complete review of every page and piece of content is still in progress, so we do not currently claim full conformance.

Measures already implemented

semantic headings, navigation landmarks and a skip link to the main content
visible keyboard focus and keyboard-operable navigation
text alternatives for informative images and hidden decorative content
sufficient colour contrast for normal text and controls
responsive layouts, zoom support and reduced-motion preferences

Known limitations

Complex animations, the embedded prototype preview and some older articles or third-party content may still contain barriers. We are reviewing and improving these areas incrementally.
